Skyline Park Mavro

Mavro is a superb example of the modern small performance horse with three sensational gaits and an extraordinarily quiet temperament. He is of international comparable quality with beautiful uphill conformation, a powerful walk with active reaching hind leg and elastic engaged canter with lots of jump.

Mavro was assessed by internationally respected breeder and judge Gerd Küst during the 2013 ACE Group Assessment Tour with comments such as  “Nice typed with a good long neck and top line with an elastic, engaged canter” He received 8 for his overall type, 80% for his conformation, and 8 for his walk and canter. 

He was the equal second highest scored yearling of the 2013 Tour being awarded Premium with 78.25% and in 2015 he was awarded his preliminary stallion licensing, gaining the same score and was the highest scoring preliminary licensed stallion of that tour.

Mavro is a supreme and multi-champion including AA class Arabian shows in-hand. He showed amazing trainability and paces when he was started under saddle as a 3y.o, however he is now retired due to a freak paddock injury.

His foals are exceeding our expectations with trainability, temperament and movement. Out of a small amount of foals he has already bred, Elite and Premium foals, the Highest Scoring ACE Performance Pony Colt TWICE, 2019 Australian Arabian Champion Arabian Riding Pony Junior Gelding and multiple Victorian Riding Pony HOTY Champions. His first foal is under saddle and qualified and was accepted into D&JWTS after two competitions.
